Introduction
 

Italia Motori is synonymous with Maserati, a vibrant, dedicated dealership with one aim only which is to provide the best possible attention to the clients. Italia Motori is the original home of Maserati Australia, once known as the “House of Maserati”, which was established in 1987 as the Importer and Distributor for Maserati in Australia.

The Challenge

Italia Motori engaged Didier Grossemy’s services to create a website that was unique in its features, yet at the same time still reflected and kept within the boundaries of the established Maserati worldwide website branding.

The Process
 

The aim was to create a Maserati dealer website that complied with the current branding. The reorganizing of the current structure within the site created a more dynamic and localised feel, the inclusion of buttons encouraged users to test drive, sign up for newsletters or enter competitions. This in turn builds their customer database for future e-marketing.

The Result

The site contains a much more personalised appeal for the local purchaser. This comes by way of a live stock list that can be completely controlled by the staff at Italia Motori. A range of bookings can be made for customer’s cars and test drives and a customised newsletter signup keeps users informed of all news, events and Maserati vehicles.
